Authorises expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of India for the financial year 2020-21.

*The Appropriation (No 2) Bill, 2020

Authorises expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of India for the financial year 2019-20.

*The Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Bill, 2020

Authorises expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of the state of  Jammu and Kashmir for the financial year 2019-20.

*The Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation (No 2) Bill, 2020

Authorises expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir for the financial year 2019-20.

*The Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation (No 3) Bill, 2020

Authorises expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir for the financial year 2019-20.

*The Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation (No 4) Bill, 2020

Authorises expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of the union territory Jammu and Kashmir for the financial year 2020-21.

* The Minerals Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2020 - Replaces an Ordinance

Allows commercial mining of coal and removes the restrictions on end use of the mined coal for certain companies.

* The Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Bill, 2020

Provides a mechanism for resolution of pending tax disputes related to income tax and corporation tax.

The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019

Modifies the list of Scheduled Tribes in the state of Karnataka to include certain communities and areas.

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019

Allows certain financial creditors to initiate an insolvency process in the event of default and empowers the resolution professional to require suppliers to continue providing certain goods and services.

The Central Sanskrit Universities Bill, 2019

Converts Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Delhi, Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, New Delhi, and Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati into Central Sanskrit Universities.

Increases the threshold for terminating a pregnancy from 12 to 20 weeks with the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, and from 20 to 24 weeks with the approval of two registered medical practitioners.
