If you need to be effective in your role, then it is important to know what your role really is. What is your role as a policy maker? How can you shape the future of the state by making policies that work for the people?
Understanding the Self
What are your strengths and how do you identify your blind spots? What is your leadership style and how does it compare with other successful leaders?
Leveraging your Resources
How can you derive the maximum benefit from the resources that you have? How do you make them work for you?
A key element of the curriculum is the effective management of resources: time, people and the media.
Solving a Real World Problem
The unique approach of using a real world case to help you gain a deeper appreciation of the consequences of a law passed by you.
