The workshop on Mastering the Budget is a policy initiative conceptualized by PRS Legislative Research in collaboration with the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy. The 3 day workshop is designed for state legislators seeking to understand the ecosystem that affects state finances.
This first-of-its-kind programme helps MLAs understand budget documents and play an active role in the budget process. The workshop will bring together distinguished economists and experts with extensive experience to provide the participants with a practical hands-on approach to state finance.
The workshop will be held between from December 15-17, 2011 at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, Delhi.
