PRS provides brief research inputs for your work as an MLA. These research notes are prepared on any policy issue that is relevant to your state. PRS does not charge any fee for your research requests.
Policy Guide
Easy-to-understand, 2-page notes on relevant policies and pending Bills are sent to all MLAs. Some of the recent subjects have included land acquisition, allocation of funds to states, price rise of essential items, and microfinance.

The workshop is designed for progressive MLAs who seek to become effective policymakers leading the nation. This unique, first-of-its-kind programme in the country brings together distinguished faculty from world-class academic institutions and policy practitioners.
National Network of Legislators
PRS is creating a platform for MLAs from different states to meet and exchange ideas on impor tant state level and national issues. This network will help legislators learn from each other about successful policy programmes, that can be adapted to their own states.
